Customization Options:

All our home decor items and candles are eligible for customization.

• Custom orders can include:
  • Personalized colors not available in our standard collection.
  • Custom inscriptions, images, or logos.
  • Additional custom details, such as gold, silver or rose gold foil accents, glitters, etc.

Order Process:

• Custom orders are finalized and processed after payment is received.
• Custom orders may come at an extra charge.
• A sample of the custom order may be created and a photo sent for approval, applicable only to bulk orders.

Finality of Custom Orders:

• Custom orders are not eligible for remakes or alterations once delivered, due to their personalized nature.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the sample before full production begins.

This policy ensures that all custom orders meet customer expectations while protecting the integrity and uniqueness of Kaire Home and Beauty’s handcrafted products.

Eligibility for Bulk/Wholesale Orders

• Minimum order quantity: 20 items
• Discounts apply only to bulk/wholesale orders and cannot be combined with general sales or promotions.
• Bulk/Wholesale discounts are fixed and tiered based on order quantity.

Payment Terms:

• A minimum payment of 60% of the total order value is required before production begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped.
• Customers are required to pay for bulk/wholesale orders before a sample is created and sent for approval (applicable to custom bulk orders only).

Customization

• Customization options are available for bulk/wholesale orders, including personalized colors, inscriptions, logos, and other custom details. Please refer to our Custom Order Policy for more information.

Packaging

• Standard packaging is included in the wholesale price.
• Customized packaging or specific packaging requests (e.g., corrugated boxes, custom designs) may incur additional charges based on the packaging type and order volume.

General Terms

• Payment terms and shipping details will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order size and destination.
• Estimated delivery times will be communicated once the order is placed and production begins.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, the initial payment is non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of handmade items, refunds are not available for wholesale orders unless there is an irreversible defect in the product.
